Please allow 5-10 days for domestic shipping. International shipping time and cost varies by region.

Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you love your swimsuit. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached to the garment.

Return Process

To return an item, email love@zemraswim.com with you original order number, and we will provide a return shipping label. Then, place the item securely in its original packaging with the label attached to the package.

Faulty Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at love@zemraswim.com. Note that we must be notified of faulty items within 24 hours after you receive your package, and must include photos and a description of the fault. 

Please Note

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items must be in unworn condition without damages in order to process return.
